About Adile Quennarouch

Adile Quennarouch has been vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer for Johns Hopkins University since 2024. In this role, he leads the university’s central finance team as they pursue goals supporting the priorities in the Ten for One strategic vision.

Quennarouch first joined Hopkins in 2022 as assistant vice president for strategy and analysis and was a driving force behind several key and high-profile initiatives, including revamping and expanding the university’s 10-year financial projection model, introducing an innovative research facilities debt strategy, and launching a new capital finance function.

Before coming to Hopkins, Quennarouch held various strategic positions at the University of California, Berkeley—most recently as executive director of finance and capital asset strategies. Before that, he worked abroad for the Abu Dhabi Education Council, a government agency responsible for managing the education system in Abu Dhabi. He has extensive experience in data analysis and modeling, as well as significant finance expertise and a track record of cultivating diverse partnerships.

Quennarouch earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley.
