“All of us at Johns Hopkins University and Medicine are deeply saddened by the loss of Thomas V. Mike Miller. A legendary leader whose 33-year tenure as President of the Maryland Senate was unmatched, Mike was an unwavering advocate for healthcare, research, and higher education across our state, including at Johns Hopkins, and a true champion for Maryland and its people. He devoted half a century to a remarkable career in public service, and his leadership will be sorely missed.”
